These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile website, applications, digital interfaces, assisted ordering systems, in-store services, and related offerings operated by Tailorade Innovations Private Limited, having its registered office at No 142 Harini Illam, Bharathiyar Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641037, India ("Tailorade", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Eligibility
You may use Tailorade only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use our services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Nature of Tailorade Orders
Tailorade orders are primarily customised, personalised, made-to-order, or made-to-measure. You acknowledge that final garments may differ slightly due to stitching, handworked embroidery, and fabric behavior. exact visual parity with digital previews cannot be guaranteed.
3. Measurements and Fit
You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements submitted. Tailorade shall not be responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect data or body changes after measurement capture. Reasonable tolerance in tailoring is normal.
4. Customer-Supplied Fabric
Where you provide fabric, you are solely responsible for its quality and suitability. Tailorade is not responsible for hidden defects, color bleeding, or shrinkage in customer-supplied material.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments may be collected through approved gateways, UPI, cards, net banking, or COD where available. Additional verification may be required for certain transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Tailorade website, including design options, graphics, and brand assets, are owned by Tailorade and protected under applicable laws.
